It took longer than I had planned but i finally put a little video together from Isaac's B'day party.
The first part is the Calesthenics, then Isaac running the obstacle course (double-time).

Happy birthday, Isaac!!

Isaac turns 7 years old today! He had a party last weekend with a bunch of his friends. They were all dressed in camouflage and we did soldier drills and played football. It was super fun. We are doing some very special stuff this weekend for his birthday.
